Huh. I know I haven't post much art here and I'm sort of embarrassed by not being active, like, at all. Technically, I already have an account ready but I don't feel like posting it up yet.

Out of curiosity, how many of my watchers are active and still remember me anyway?

When you go around telling people "Thank you for the fave". I have to ask, why do you do that? When you add something from my gallery to your favorites, it's a convenience to you, not me. Same goes with vice versa. You add it to your favorites as if it was a bookmark so you can you keep track of the pictures you like and also let people have the chance to see what you like. Does this have something to do with the rest of deviantart's obsession with increasing numbers or something? Because that really needs to stop.

I didn't write this out of hostility nor was there a specific person I had in mind, it's just an epiphany I had about the behavior of this site.

I'm sick of these people who try to argue that their art deserves attention because they worked so hard on it.
Slaved away on a picture for 6 months? Good for you.
Although it probably would help if you would stop finding scapegoats that are "stealing" your pageviews and actually SHOW IT to people for once.

You couldn't pull the "hard work card" on that halfassed English essay you turned in once and you certainly can't pull it off anywhere.

Nobody cares for hard work, people want results.

I looked through the Artisan Crafts section and what do I see? Poorly drawn anime artwork...

I look through the comments to see if anybody chewed them out yet and when someone told the artist to post in the right section, he replied with this "shut up fuck face you should shut the fuck up, i didn't read the category rules so fuck you fuck face"

Honestly, what the hell?
